The purpose of this study is to determine how the quality of the birth certificate service in the Department of Population and Civil Registration London. The study was located in London, with the unit of analysis is the individual or
society of London who have been ever and are doing the maintenance of a birth certificate.
The sample in this study amounted to 180 people. This study uses a type of descriptive research by the survey method. Type of data consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires and direct observation in the field, secondary data were sourced from a report document, the rules which is related to the researched issues, writings and the results of research on public service, with quantitative analysis.
These results indicate that the birth certificate service on the Department of Population and Civil Registration London is generally seen from the fifth dimension of service which are the reliability, responsiveness, confidence, attention and intangible, can already be said with quality, for each of the indicators of greater than 90%.
