Ideal type of Bureaucracy according to Max Weber (For Writing a Research Paper)

According to Weber's ideal type, it can be used to compare one organization between bureaucratic organizations who else in the world. 4. Every officer has a contract position to run. Description of tasks (job description) each officer, is the domain to be the authority and responsibilities that must be run in accordance with the contract.

5. each officer selected on the basis of professional qualification, ideally this is done through a competitive exam.

6. Every officer has a paycheck including the right to receive a pension in accordance with the hierarchy levels
